英語での勘定科目が分かるが仕訳を自分でつくるのが慣れていない方は参考にしてみてください
資産の部
流動資産
- 現金：Cash
現金50,000円を支払い建物を購入した。
Cash 50,000 / Buildings 50,000
- 小口現金：Petty cash
現金100,000円を小口現金へと振り替えた。
Petty cash 100,000 / Cash 100,000
- 普通預金：Savings accounts
お客さんから売掛金の入金500,000円の銀行へ入金があった。
Savings accounts 500,000 / Trade accounts receivable 500,000
- 売掛金：Trade accounts receivable
取引先に200,000円分の商品を掛け取引で販売をした。
Trade accounts receivable 200,000 / Sales 200,000
- 短期貸付金：Short-term loans receivable
取引先に500,000円を短期貸付金として貸し付けた。

- 立替金：Other receivable
従業員の支払う経費5,000円を現金で立て替えた。

- 仕掛品：Work in process
製品製造のために、原材料20万円を出庫した。

- 仮払金：Suspense payments
従業員の出張費用として、現金30万円を事前に支給した。

固定資産
- 建物：Buildings
新規に倉庫を600万円で取得し、口座引き落としで支払った。

- 工具、器具及び備品：Tools, funiture and fixtures
会社で使用するためのデスクトップパソコンを35万円で購入した。

- 構築物：Structures
会社の敷地内に駐車場を新設し、費用として150万円かかった。

- 土地：Land
事業拡大のため土地を300万円で購入し、普通預金から支払った。

- 機械装置：Machinery and equipment
事務所で使用するコピー機を購入し、設置費用と合わせて40万円を支払った。

投資その他の資産
- 長期貸付金：Long-term loans receivable
関連会社に100万円を貸し付け、2年後に返済予定とした。

当期売掛金100万円のうち、50万円が回収不能となった。
